In 2021, at the Burger Combat of the Salón Gourmet in Ifema, we were runners-up for the best burger in Spain and winners in the chain category. Inspired by Indian cuisine, we created a unique burger with beef, Edam cheese, pulled pork, red onion, cilantro, and tikka masala curry, bringing the flavors of India to our customers.
